Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw attention about the condition of 12^th Street Road situated in the Maple-view Friday Corporation.

I am an engineer working  with ‘the Dallas Constructions’. I have been living near to the aforementioned Street Road for the past ten years, and I have never seen such a negligence ever before.

There were always cracks and gutters on the surface of the road. Recently due to the rain, these got converted to huge-sized potholes. Now, after the rain, most of these dents  are waterlogged and heavy trucks pass through this road make the situation worse. 

I would like to request you to re-channel the traffic to the 14^th Street for couple of months and asphalt the road as soon as possible. In future too, it would be beneficial for local residents if you could divert the heavy vehicles through the outer ring road.
