Dear Sally,

I received your letter last week and I am happy to know that you are in radiant health and in good spirits.

It is my pleasure to let you know that an event on archaeology is scheduled in my hometown by the National Archaeological Department during the last two days of this month. You don’t believe! There are over 100 interntionally renowned archeologists are expected to attend the event.

As we both are Archaeological students, I definitely feel that it would be a golden opportunity. As a part of the event, there would be seminars, symposiums and query sessions, which I know you can hardly miss. I know Kevin, your cousin , will also like this.

Please make sure that you bring him along, and you both can stay at my home. I request you to be here at least two days before the event as we both can go shopping in the town.
