I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards an issue which I recently found very annoying at your restaurant.
I am Stephen Simon, a resident of Glennabey and a regular customer of yours. Since my childhood, I like the special dishes your restaurant serves, which I have already recommended to my friends.
The issue which I found disturbing is the loud noise, which is coming from the supply room. I have noticed that almost all of your staff are new at present, and I found them in no discipline. They make their conversations loud, which makes the atmosphere too noisy.
I would therefore suggest you to get your staff undergo proper training in maintaining a good work environment and a cordial customer relationship, which eventually upgrade the restaurant’s goodwill.
