I visit your restaurant at least once a month with my family, and I am writing this letter to appreciate you for the wonderful service you have been rendering since your inauguration last year.

It was my friend, Marie, who suggested visiting your restaurant last August. However, it took another month for me to reach you. I was welcomed from the entrance till the table, and immediately I settled myself, the service boy attended me with the menu chart. Even though I ordered a special dish on that day, it was supplied in just 10 minutes. The food was really delectable, which made me a regular customer of yours.

I would also like to appreciate the hygienic way you cook and serve; and the inclusion of the ingredients of the food you serve in the menu.

Despite all these, I find the restaurant is crowded on the weekends. Hence, I would suggest you to make arrangements to accommodate all the customers without making them to wait for tables.
