Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire regarding booking your hotel for my family this month end.

It was my friend, who had his stay there a week ago, who recommended me your hotel: ‘el Coso del mar’, which he told is just 500 metres from the beach. We are planning to holiday by this month end, precisely between 29 and 31 December. I would like you to confirm whether the pick-up services are available because we will be reaching the Valencia airport after 12 am.

We would require a suite room facing the sea, preferably with a spacious balcony. My wife and children do not bathe in the sea, and so they would  prefer a swimming pool. I would like to know the cost of accommodation prior to booking because I was made aware that the price would be little higher during this time.

One thing I really want to know is about the sight-seeing near the beach. I came to know that there is a Christmas carnival those days. My children are also curious to know about some exiting live games and entertainment.
