  • When and where it happened
  • how the driver behaved to offend you
  • what you expect the company to do

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a regular customer of your ‘Expressway’ service and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding one of your drivers.

 The incident happened on 25th of this month, when I was travelling from Dublin airport to Limerick. I boarded the XW 654 at 6:10 am, which was expected to arrive Limerick by around 9 am. However, I could alight at Limerick only by 10:30 am.

The travel was smooth and comfortable until the driver stopped the bus in a restaurant at Newbridge. After refreshments, all the passengers were waiting inside the bus, however the driver was not seen. He returned after an hour, and neither responded to the passengers nor explained what happened.

The irresponsibility of your driver made the bus delayed by an hour and half, and most passengers were exhausted by the time we reached. I would suggest you to train your drivers to meet the passengers’ expectations, as this decides your company’s goodwill.
