Dear Kevin,

I heard that you took up new a new job in the city. Hope all is well.

You might have heard that we, ‘the Jackals’ are organising a dance contest in Ardmore village to commence this year’s Christmas season. I still remember your active participation during the music night last year. This year, we are trying something new, and we all need your support.

We have 20 teams participating in the event and the contest starts at 2 pm on the 3^rd December. We already have made arrangements with the event management team and have booked ‘the Empire Hall’. But, you know, we are few in number this year, and so we’re still behind in reaching more people.

I know you’ve less spare time as you took a new job. But still I know as a member of our team, you can’t refuse to design a brochure for the event advertisement. I know you don’t need a special invitation to come and attend the event on the day.
