I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the food and service you delivered to us on the occasion of my birthday party, which was held at your restaurant.
It was on 20th of this month, I had celebrated my 60th birthday at the banquet hall of your hotel cum restaurant: ‘The Silver Plaza’. It was also my retirement day, so that not only my relatives, but also my colleagues were present.
A week ago, we had reached a final conclusion on the variety of food, which included two special dishes including Italian and Chinese. I preferred 15 large oval tables with 8 chairs for each one. However, on that particular day, you failed to provide us with the specific menu, and instead you had your own standard varieties. Regarding the facility provided, each table could accommodate only 5 persons.
It would be highly appreciated if you could ensure your customers the quality service as per the standards, so that you would not lose more number of them further.
