Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is being written to express my dissatisfaction regarding the purchase of packed dog food from your store.

On the way back home with our dog, Tomy after a holiday, we realised that his is left with little food. I googled and found your store nearby, bought his regular food and returned home. The next day, I found him very sick after his feed in the morning. Immediately, we took him to the doctor, and he informed us it was food poisoning.

Since it was during our family’s return after the Christmas holidays, I could remember the date of purchase. It was on 20^th of this month, and I remember it was between 6:30pm and 7:00pm.

I hope, you would make a thorough analysis of your stock, and find out what exactly has happened. I would also request you to ensure the quality of the products you sell.
