Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is being written to express my dissatisfaction regarding the purchase of packed dog food from your store.

I have been buying food for my three-year old dog, Tomy from a supermarket in the town. However, two days ago, as I left the town after office, and was about half way back home, my wife informed me that Tomy’s food is nearly out of stock. I googled and found your store nearby, bought his regular food and returned home.

The next day, after Tomy’s morning’s feed, which was from the packet I bought from your store, I found him very sick. Immediately we took him to the doctor, and he informed us it was food poisoning. He also checked the dog food which we gave Tomy, and found that it crossed the expiry date.

The date of purchase was on 20^th of this month, and I remember it was between 6:30 and 7:00pm. I hope, you would make a thorough analysis of your stock, and find out what exactly has happened. I would also request you to ensure the quality of the products you sell.
