I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided at your restaurant on my 25th birthday.

Last Saturday, I celebrated my birthday with ten of my close friends at your restaurant, ‘The Great View’. It was a grand experience and your staff made my day more special. Your service was excellent, swift and the party atmosphere created by your staff was remarkable.

I should appreciate your multi-cuisine service in particular which was delectable. The special Italian chicken dish, Honey Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Arugula Salad was exceptional among those. The traditional folk dance and the country music which you specially arranged on the occasion were both soothing and ecstatic.

However, the celebration was concluded by 10 pm, as you had set the time frame only till then, and this left some of my friends disappointed. I would suggest you to extend the time further, at least by half an hour so that your guests can be made even happier.
