As I purchased three items, you offered me chairs for the dining table as a complement, and this offer made me impressed with your service. You also offered a free home delivery, which made me even more comfortable.
The delivery was made yesterday itself, however, when I tried to set the furniture, I found some serious damages with the sofa and the wardrobe. Two legs on the left side of the sofa are broken and the doors of the wardrobe are not closing properly. I think the issue might have happened at the time of delivery.
As you have a replacement offer valid for 6 months, I am not seriously concerned of the damage. However, I would like you to make it faster as I have a function at home in the very next month. The purchase details and other documents are attached for your reference.
