You hired a car from a company. While you were driving you had a small accident. Write a letter to the company to explain it. In your letter:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report you a minor damage which caused to the car which I hired from your company: ‘Europcar Car Rental’.
I hired GB 711HFM, a silver coloured Ford Flex car from your Southampton showroom on 21st of this month for fifteen days. The daily rent is £25 and I paid £200 in advance on the same day.
The accident happened by around 6 pm, the day before yesterday. there was a mild froast on that day and the road was slippery. The car was parked in a slope and when I got back to it after shopping and started to drive it back to my hotel, I could not brake properly. The car slipped and had hit its back bumper on the fence.
Immediately after the incident, I got down and found that there was a small dent under the left side, below the back indicators. The next day, I went to the mechanic and fixed the problem, which costed me £30. As per the agreement, it is my responsibility to inform such incidents so that you can take further actions.
