Due to the recent security alarms in the area, your airline company had made the security check stringent, which made me remain in the queue for almost an hour. I was not informed in advance regarding this change, and this delay made me miss my flight.

I was on my way to attend an international business summit on pharmaceuticals at The Peninsula Bangkok on 21 March. As I missed the flight, I had to make an emergency booking on the same evening. However, I had to travel in the economy class and the ticket fare was relatively high.
