I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding a recent online purchase which was made through you.
The item which I ordered was a blender and the order number was TR564354. The order was made on 24th of this month and I received it on the very next day. However, when unpacked, I was shocked to see the glass portions of the appliance were smashed.
The damage might have happened either during the packing or during the despatch. One thing I noticed is that not enough padding material was used in packing. Therefore, you have the full responsibility to either replace the item or refund, and I would prefer the second option.
