Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude towards the course on culinary skills which was offered by your school last month.

Since my joining, there were three hours class every day on preparation of various Arabic dishes. We really enjoyed in our  small groups of three and each week, when the group members were shuffled, we could share our ideas and skills each other.

Since the completion of course, that was from 20th of last month, I tried various Arabic dishes at my own restaurant, which my customers enjoyed the most. I got a very good appreciation from them, for which I am very much grateful to you.

I would like to suggest you to provide courses on Chinese cuisines, which are of higher demand now. It would be very beneficial for all the fast food outlets here who have a lot of Chinese customers during the upcoming season.
