Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to seek your attention towards an unpleasant experience I had during the recent flight I made with your airline company.
It happened on 28th of this month, when I flew from Perth to Sydney on flight number AIA 979 for a business meeting. I was seated on seat number T 23, in the business class cabin.
After half an hour of the take-off, the cabin crew approached the passengers with breakfast. I had opted for a continental dish, which many of my co-passengers too opted for. However, when I unwrapped the packet, I realised that it was not served hot, though some of my mates got it in the perfect temperature. As I complained, they gave replaced the dish very soon and apologised.
It would be appreciated if you could upgrade the service standards of your cabin crew, so that they can provide better customer service, and prevent such incidences again.
