I live in 25 B, Meridian street, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent work you have done at my home.

As per my request, you have sent workers to replace sinks and toilet bowl in my house. They completed the work and gave me the key yesterday. However, when checked the work today, I saw both the sink outlet and the toilet flush have leakage.

You have been serving our community residents for the past ten years and I have never heard any complaints regarding your work. I am quite sure that would acknowledge my concern and would send some experienced plumbing workers to my home to rectify the issues.

I am planning to move back to my home by this month end. Therefore, I would like you to get the things done in two weeks’ time. I am currently in my uncle’s house, just adjacent to my own home and I can hand over the key anytime to your workers.
