This letter is being written to draw your attention towards an issue with a recent online purchase which I made with your company.

I ordered Apple airpods with a third generation white magsafe charging case on your e-commerce website on 23^rd of this month. The payment of £160 was made online at 12:34 pm and the payment reference number is PO982716SX.

The delivery was made by the Yodel yesterday and I found everything was neatly packed. After reading the manual and charging the airpods for the recommended time, I tried those on my ears, and to my surprise, the volume control was not functioning. I was so excited to use the airpods, and this has made me so depressed.

I would like you to replace the product as per your policy.  I have the purchase details and the warranty card, which I can return within a week with the packet. I would also suggest you to have your quality assessment team to be more vigilant before sending products to sale.
