I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding an online purchase which I made with your company.
Last week, specifically on 20 March, I ordered a Blackberry phone from your eCommerce website, ‘The Electronic Zone’ and the order number is 36A-5489. I was excited when it arrived but I got extremely disappointed to find that the product was not as promised on your adverts.
The main issue that concerns me is that the phone is functioning too slowly, and so I am unable to use it for my business dealings. Another problem is with its connectivity, as it is losing the network very frequently even with the best service provider in the town.
It would be appreciated if you can agree to replace it with a new and genuine one for free. If not, you can go ahead with the refund procedures.
