I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the heating system in your hotel, where I stayed last Friday.
It was for my official meeting, I had booked 141E, a suite room at your hotel: ‘The Pine Valley’. The winter struck hard on the day of my arrival, and the mercury went down to almost zero. The heating system, which was quite good at the time of my check in, unexpectedly went wrong after a couple of hours, when I was about to sleep.
I rang up to reception, and within 10 minutes the repair was done. After an hour, the issue recurred, and this too was fixed soon. The problem repeated twice more at night, and I almost lost a tight sleep.
I would therefore suggest you to have an overall repair and maintenance of all the electric gadgets so that you can ensure your guests a very comfortable stay, and this would improve the overall rating of your hotel.
