I am writing to express my displeasure regarding the impaired cooling system in the room in which I was accommodated for a couple of days in your hotel.
I checked into the hotel by around 11 pm, on 20 September and was guided to room number 112 by your service staff. All the facilities provided in the room were exactly what I needed during my stay, except the malfunctioning air conditioner. Though it was set at 20°C, it hardly cooled the room.
Since it was night, I thought I can manage the situation my own, and so, I opened the room windows and the balcony door. As per my complaint, next day, by 10 am, the problem got solved, before I left the room for shopping.
I would suggest you to have a second check in every room before arranging every new check in to ensure the best service. This enhances the hotel’s reputation, and can benefit you as well as the customer.
