Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have left a bag in the bus, which is operated by your company during my travel from Thomas Town to Madrid.
It was on 20th of this month I made the travel and I remember I boarded the bus by around 2 pm, to attend a seminar which was scheduled at St. Albert’s College, in Madrid at 6 pm. As I got a comfortable seat, I kept one of my bags inside the cabinet. Due to heavy traffic, the bus got late, and in a hurry, I forgot to take the bag from the cabinet.
My seat number was R23, and the colour of the bag is black. It is a medium size leather bag, and it contains five pen drives, which I regularly use for my presentations. It also has some important office documents. The bag was number locked, I remember.
It would be appreciated if you have already found the bag, please contact me either back in the address mentioned in this letter or report to the police as early as possible.
