• explain when you visited and what you saw
• explain the positive parts of your experience and what you liked

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is being written to let you know my response to my visit to the Titanic Museum recently.

As a part of our community trips, this year a trip was organised to the museum on 25 June. Even though I live in the city, I could not spare some time to visit the same earlier. This time I visited all the nine galleries from the first gallery, the Boomtown Belfast.

One of the best parts of my visit was its design. The centrepiece of the eight storey building is a construction marvel. All galleries are interpretive too, three of which still amaze me are the Shipyard, the Launch and the Fit-Out. It was a nice overall experience.

However, I should raise a concern regarding the fewer number of language interpreters at the museum. As most of the visitors are from outside Northern Ireland, I would suggest newer ways of language interpretation technology if it is hard to employ human interpreters.
