Dear Sir,

 I am writing this letter to appreciate you for your performance at the City Concert Hall on 26 June.

I was there from the beginning of the music festival conducted by the city council and I attended almost all performances.  Among those, your songs were mesmerizing. Most songs sung by you had a special touch, which hypnotized everyone.

You might have heard of ‘The Symphony’, our local music platform. The club has over a hundred members and we are conducting many concerts in and out of the city. I am the coordinator of the same.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could perform on the occasion of our club’s annual event on 15 July. Your presence would enhance the popularity of the club and I request you to interact with our regular performers on that auspicious occasion.
