 Dear Sir or Madam,

 I am writing this letter is to bring your attention to a couple of difficulties I started experiencing after the reforms you have made in the train schedule and haults.

 I am a software engineer, working in ‘The Oasis’, and I have been boarding the train number IX545, which used to arrive at my station: Cox Town at 7: 45 am for the past two years. I used to return in the same train which leaves the City Centre Station at 5: 15 pm.

However, from the first of this month the railway authority had cancelled its stop at Cox Town. There were around 150 regular commuters for the particular train from the station, and all of us have to either board the IX565 at 6:45 am or IX535 at 8:30 am to reach our destinations.

 It would be appreciated if you could restore the previous schedule of IX535, so that it would be convenient for more passengers. A second option is to re-schedule either IX565 or IX535 to facilitate the passengers of Cox town between 7 am and 8 am.
