Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme concern regarding the recent purchase which I made from your shop.

I bought a headset from your shop at Kingstown on 22nd of this month. It was a Jabra Evolve 40 MS PC headset for which I paid £85 inclusive of all taxes. The main reason why I bought it was because of its noise cancelling feature of microphone, which I found not working satisfactorily when I tried on my personal computer.

Professionally I am an online audio editor, and mostly I do my work at home. It becomes often necessary for me to communicate with multiple individuals whilst at work through microphone. However, as the noise around still remains almost the same, effective communication is not met.

It would be appreciated if you could replace the product with another one. I would suggest you to have a thorough quality check of all the products you sell, which would uphold your shop’s reputation. Further purchase details are enclosed with this letter for your reference.
