The gadget was handed over to your shop for the service. However, I got informed from the service section that the device got irreversibly damaged. As per your customer service personnel’s advice, I purchased a brand new laptop on the same day in order to ensure my work go smoothly.
I was quite satisfied with the features, but when I started working on it, the very next day, I found some technical issues related to storage and connectivity. I find it difficult now to store the details of my customers and the disruption in the connectivity is affecting my customer service.
