Dear Mrs Michelle,

I am writing to request you a short-term transfer to our company’s headquarters in Suwon.

As you are aware, I have been working as a financial planner here in Chertsey for the past five years. I learned from our company calendar that there would be series of staff training programs in Suwon commencing in February. I am interested in attending a few of those, and this is possible only if I am physically present there.
