Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards an unforeseen health issue which I have been facing since I assumed job in your commercial branch.

I had been working in the town branch for the past two years, and it is just two months I started my job as the head clerk here in the commercial branch. After a month of my joining, I felt that my hearing capacity went poor. Hence, I visited a doctor last week, and he confirmed that it is not just a feeling.

My office is very much proximal to the street where a lot of vehicles honk and on the other side of the street, there is a market, which is crowded most of the time. I think this might have caused this problem.

It would be appreciated if you could move my office to the opposite end of the building, where the noise is the minimum. This would also facilitate better communication with my colleagues, which is very much needed in my work.
