You would like to join the local orchestra.
Write a letter of application to the orchestra. In the letter:
– Introduce yourself and your instrument of choice
– Explain how your credentials make you a good candidate
– Express your enthusiasm for music

Dear Mrs Merin,

I am writing to express my interest in joining your orchestra, which is very famous in the locality.

You are much known to me, and I met you in person last month on the occasion of a musical concert at Cox Town. I got an opportunity to play piano in your orchestra at the concert. You might remember, on that day I requested you a place in your band.

I have been working with the Frazer town orchestra as a substitute pianist for almost the past couple of years. I have been practising piano for almost a decade, and I have recently mastered some unusually played pieces of music notes.

I am not the only one in my family who is interested in music. My wife is a playback singer and occasionally we perform together in some private functions.
