I am a junior Marketing Executive in Samsung’s Hong Kong Branch and I am writing to seek some relevant information about the seminar which is scheduled to commence in Tokyo on 25th of this month.
I got an email from your side regarding ‘The New Horizon in Marketing’: a seminar which covers the advanced marketing strategies in the electronic field. The first thing which I would like to enquire you is about the dates. As the topic is broad, I would like to confirm whether it concludes on the same day.
The second information I need is about the schedule itself. I would like to know more about the key speakers, their mode of presentation,the role of the participants and whether there would be any group sessions based on the topic of interests.
It would be appreciated if you could arrange the airport pickup and hotel accommodation and inform me the estimated cost of both. If you are not into it, your prior information would help me to book these in advance by myself online.
