Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to enquire you about the availability of a commercial space in the newly built shopping complex in the town.

As your shopping complex is rectangular in shape, and is a five storey building, I would prefer the ground floor and the first floor. I came to know that each floor is 6000 square feet, with no partition, and hence I would like to rent the entire space.

The reason I am planning to rent such a large space is that I am going to start a supermarket. Since there is no major supermarket in the town, I assume investing something big would make the business successful.

I have made a vague plan of opening the business by this December, and therefore I would like you to inform me whether the arrangements are done well ahead of that. It would also be appreciated if you could possibly quote me a price to rent both the floors.
