Dear Principal,
I am one among those students who recently completed Advanced Spectrum of Marketing, and this letter is being written to you regarding the loss of my course completion certificate.
After the successful completion of the course, I received my certificate from you on 24th of this month. I do not know where exactly I lost it. However, I think it might be on my way back to the airport while inside a taxi.
I was the only one who was selected for the course by my company. The certificate is essential for my upgradation and salary hike, which is expected in a couple of months.
I know it is difficult to get the original course completion certificate back. Therefore, I would request you to issue a duplicate certificate of the same, and send it via courier. It would be also appreciated if you could email my manager regarding the reason of issuing a duplicate certificate.
